Well, it finally happened and we who put our faith in Donald Trump couldn’t be happier. After enduring all those months (years) of nay sayers who called him a Nazi and a liar and told us we’d be sorry; that he wouldn’t follow through on his pro Israel agenda; that we were deluded and evil. All the times our fellow Jews told us to vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and that Chuck Schumer was a friend of Israel and the Jews because he was Jewish. We had to just sit there stubbornly and bite our tongues and keep believing our own eyes and ears instead of the steady wail of Soros’ sponsored propaganda coming out of the mouths of our stupid, brain-washed fellow Jews. And then came the Trump presidency.
And magically, the arms embargo was lifted, including the order for bunker buster bombs big enough to get rid of Iran’s nuclear arsenal. And the threat against Hamas caused a hasty deal enabling the release of 33 hostages. (Of course, at great cost which I am hopeful we will be able to correct. After all, the degenerate murderers released from our prisons are still in the neighborhood. We can go after them whenever we want. )
And then the brilliant idea of emptying Gaza of all its murderous inhabitants and turning it over to Trump’s America! All cleverly couched, of course, in the rhetoric of helping “the poor Gazans” because after all how can they live in a demolition zone? Like anybody cares! What we care about is that they will be out, gone, kaput and it will take decades to rebuild.
Oh, how we Israelis laughed over that one!
The attempt to empty Gaza of its inhabitants will not be easy, highlighting something so chilling that most of the world simply refuse admit: Under the aegis of the UN which funded the criminal terrorist UNWRA organization, Gazans have been educated for decades to become a people that no nation on earth wants to let inside. Gazans are an ignorant, degenerate, viciously perverted, morally sick, untouchable people who have nothing to offer the world but hate, death, destruction, ignorance and ugliness. They are a people whose children are so indoctrinated with hatred and lies, that there will be no place for them, no future among any decent people on this earth. Only Iran or North Korea or Afghanistan can offer them a place among like-minded people.
If anyone doubts this description of Gazans, then please view once again the obscene video of the release of starved kidnap victims Ohad Ben Ami, Eli Sharabi, and Or Levy, who were forced on a stage with armed terrorists to thank their captors!
Now Eli Sharabi, finally freed, will have to remember the rest of his life how he had to thank the people who killed his wife and two teenage daughters as they helplessly sheltered in their safe room in Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7; the people who kidnapped him and his brother Yossi, murdering Yossi in captivity, and barely keeping him alive in a dark tunnel for 491 days.
Now Or Levy will have to remember how he was forced to thank the evil degenerates who kidnapped him from the Nova music festival, murdering his wife, his childhood sweetheart, Einav, and leaving their two-year old son Almog an orphan for 491 days. The first hug between Or and Almog, now three, was something none of us will ever forget, along with the child’s heartrending first words to his father: “Aba, what took you so long to come home?”
Only Ohad Ben Ami, also from Kibbutz Be’eri and the eldest of the hostages, came home to both his wife Raz, released in an earlier hostage exchange, and his three daughters, one of whom enlisted in the IDF while her father was in captivity. Ohad was visibly moved by this: “I’m here. My lionesses. You are amazing,” he told them.
The swiftness of events and the plethora of divergent images – hostages united with their families, evil Hamas operatives celebating their “victory,” mass murderers being released into the population to kill again – is very hard for us Israelis to digest. It is all happeneing so fast, you cannot really get your head around any of it and sometimes feel as if you are in some kind of drug-induced “bad trip.”
But through it all – the good, the bad, the celebration and the mourning – there is a feeling that all these events are being orchestrated by a higher power, the same power that had an assaisin’s bullet merely graze the ear of the most pro-Israel American president in our lifetimes – maybe ever. It is not only Donald Trump. It’s Mike Huckabee our new U.S. Ambassador to Israel, pro-Israel Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, Pete Hegseth at Defense, Magen David-wearing special envoy to Lebanon Morgan Ortagus, Elise Stefanik at the UN, and so many, many more. The way Obama surrounded himself with anti-Israel Jew haters, Trump has done the exact opposite.
And while we still have so many enemies to deal with, there are no bomb sirens going off, and the rockets have stopped, and many of our sons have come back to be with us and their families, at least for a while, and Nasrallah and Sinwar are with their 72 year-old virgins. God is good and we His people are full of hope.
