GAZA WAR DIARY: 3 SEPTEMBER 2024

Not content with murdering innocent young Jews, the despicable barbarians of Hamas are now releasing videos of their torture and murder to traumatize Israelis further, surpassing their idol, Hitler, and his Nazi helpers, who at least had the sense to feel they should hide their shameful crimes. Please DON’T WATCH THESE VIDEOS! REPORT THEM TO HAVE THEM BANNED ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Every idiot Israeli who marches in Tel Aviv for surrender to Hamas, every politician who joins them, is directly responsible for the next massacre, having given Hamas the idea that the more they torture us, the weaker and more compliant we will become. Thank goodness for Bibi Netanyahu’s tough response which is being hailed among the majority of Israelis (opinion polls show 90 % of Israelis oppose giving in to Hamas demands) when he told Sinwar: “He can forget about” Israel leaving the Philadelphi corridor, which controls the border with Egypt.

How did Israel get here? It’s worth remembering. Journalist Amit Segal has posted on his blog the discussion in the Knesset in 2005 about leaving the Philadelphi Corridor when Israel pulled out of Gaza during the disastrous “disengagement”:

“The last thing I want to say to the members of the House,” said the Minister of Defense, “and to the people who are usually seers of darkness and prophets of rage, I want to say to those people: stop terrorizing the people of Israel.”

The Minister was Shaul Mofaz. The “seers of darkness” were the representatives of the battered and stunned right only two weeks after the evacuation of the Gush Katif settlements were completed in the summer of 2005. Now a vote was on the agenda to change the peace agreements with Egypt to allow the evacuation of the Philadelphia Corridor, the last vestige of Israeli control in Gaza.

“They have been making a living at it for years,” MK Haim Oron of (extreme Left) Meretz party mocked the Right. Mofaz, then still from the Likud, complemented Oron from the podium: “I think that the steps we are taking today, and certainly this step regarding the Philadelphia axis, will give more security to the citizens of the State of Israel and lower the risk from IDF soldiers. Woe to us if there are members of the Knesset in this house who are willing to endanger IDF soldiers when there are alternatives.”

The idea was this: The Egyptians will stop the smuggling to Gaza.

Zebulon Orlev from the Israel Defense Forces: “Imagine if your assessments of the situation, that the Palestinian Authority will control the Gaza Strip, do not come true, and it turns out that Hamas wins the elections in Gaza and controls it, even then we leave the border as it is? After all, Hamas and Jihad explicitly say that our withdrawal from the Gaza Strip is not the end of terrorism. Why take this risk? What’s the rush?”

Uzi Landau answered him: “This government needs Egypt like a fig leaf. Why? Because it is quite clear that an answer must be given to the residents of Israel – what do we do about the smuggling from Egypt into the Gaza Strip, because the residents of Israel know that there will be terrorism in Gaza and it will be fed with weapons smuggled from Egypt. So what to do? They say: Guys, look, we’re making an agreement with a country that looks organized, and they’ll do the work for us.”

Shimon Peres, a well-known fantasist of “The New Middle East,” scolded him. “If the Palestinians return or Hamas returns to terrorism, they are endangering their own future. No one in the world will help them and give them money. Egypt also has a definitely good influence on the Palestinians… The quietest period in Gaza and in Israel was between 1956 when we left Gaza and 1967.”

Amit Segal: “It’s worth remembering this when, after twenty years, people in khaki uniforms now urge us to leave the Philadelphi Corridor again, looking at the camera and saying in a deep and authoritative voice, “We’ll know how to deal with any problems; it’ll be fine.”

When Israel left Gaza, an agreement was reached that obligated Egypt to prevent arms smuggling through (or under) the Gaza-Sinai border. This agreement was “guaranteed” by the Americans. Over 100 smuggling tunnels have been found by Israeli forces under the “Philadelphi Corridor.” This failure resulted in the massacre of 1,200 Israelis on Oct. 7 of last year, and the flattening of Gaza in retaliation in the subsequent months. And yet, once again people like Gantz, former IDF General, is talking the same nonsense. Oh, and our “friend” the senile Joe Biden, is now claiming leaving Philadelphi was part of the “deal” Israel agreed to. I am doubtful.

New IDF reports have doubled the number of Gazans who invaded Israel on October 7. Some 3,800 terrorists from the Hamas terror group’s elite Nukhba forces smashed through the border fence, the report said, among a total of 6,000 Gazans who crossed into Israel that day.

Israel continues to attack Hamas strongholds in Gaza. Numaa College, in Gaza City, used as a command and control center, was destroyed.

One of the most vile videos from October 7 was of a Hamas terrorist killing a father in front of his sons. The commander of the Nukhba unit who carried out the invasion of Moshav Netiv HaAsara and was later filmed murdering Gil Taasa in front of his two sons before calmly stealing and drinking a bottle of Coca Cola from their refrigerator, was killed by the IDF today. The army informed the Taasa family that Ahmad Fawzi Nasser Muhammad Wadiya was killed in an airstrike near the al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City. Also killed were eight Hamas terrorists from the Daraj Tuffah Battalion. “Wadiya raided Netiv HaAsara using a paraglider and commanded the massacre in the settlement,” the IDF said.

The shocking loss of prestige of America in the world can be seen by the battering of an American soldier in broad daylight in the streets of Izmir, Turkey yesterday, and the cold blooded murder of an American-Israeli hostage whose parents spoke at the Democratic convention. That these things have taken place with no consequences is unbelievable and bodes ill for America’s ability to protect itself and its citizens in the world. Time to get rid of the people responsible in the White House.

I hope beyond measure that this administration and the pseudo President we’ve had hiding behind the curtain for the last 4 years will be gone come January! As you said, Naomi, nobody fears the US anymore, it’s obvious. Without new leadership the new axis will have free reign throughout the Middle East, Asia and Europe. It is frightening to watch but more frustrating than anything. Families are being torn apart over this election. I can’t wrap my head around the things that are happening in this country let alone what our government is doing to Israel all to hold on to power, it is despicable. Truly despicable. People are clueless as to what we will experience here soon if it continues the way it’s heading. I would do Aaliyah if I had the funds and my husband would agree. I would so much rather be in Israel than in the USA any longer. I know Israel isn’t perfect, but at least I could be with my people and with those who know what’s at stake. I would work in an arms factory making bullets if that’s what it would take to help Israel rid itself of dependence on this corrupt administration. As for the “day after” that everyone keeps talking about, I wish bibi would just say “we’ll become one state, the Jewish state, and swallow up Gaza and the West Bank and we will take back the land that was once ours and was promised to us and the “Palestinians” who want to stay can prove their worth or be evicted or put in prison when they commit crimes. Israel is such a wonderful place it would not take long for them to realize that they were given a gift. And the others, can rot in prison or be executed for the murders they’ve committed. I can dream…
