A “Book That Will Transport You”

Lisa Niver, a wonderful writer and book addict, has written an article for Ms. Magazine’s May 2020 issue about “Books That Will Transport You” out of your lockdown at home during the Covid -17 #stay at home.

Among the eight books she recommends — which include such iconic bestsellers as Elizabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love, and Cheryl Strayed’s Wild — is my latest book: An Unorthodox Match.

I hope you will also put it on your list of must reads. It will take you places you’ve never been, even if you can’t leave your front door.

I live in Peachtree City, Georgia, USA. I am sure you can order Naomi’s books on Amazon. Being a Judeophile is wonderful! Desiring to learn about other faiths leads to a better understanding of others and greater tolerance and respect for others. We need this now!!

I live in Peachtree City, Georgia, USA. You can probably order it from Amazon. Have you read any of her other books? I appreciate your interest in Judaism – it is interested in other religions that leads to open mindedness! Have a great day!

I have now read 5, yes, 5 of your books including An Unorthodox Match, all in the last 2 months! I am Jewish, though not orthodox, but I have always been fascinated by by this branch of Judaism. One of the things I really love about your books is that they are all different.

I am looking forward to my next read – fortunately my library has all of them!

Further, having visited Israel just once, (planning to come again asap) I’m understanding the country and culture so much better through your books. Thank you for choosing to be an author.

Love your books, Naomi. Informative and incredibly interesting. Unfortunately our Auckland-NZ library doesn’t have all your titles.

Audrey Fowler…I’m presuming you are in USA not NZ? If NZ maybe I can get an inter loan from your library.
      Sadly, I’m not Jewish…instead a Judeophile. A ‘mistake’ of birth I guess.
